How can I move on?

To feel deeply takes courage, especially when it is an uncomfortable or painful feeling. But when we truly face how we are feeling, we are positioned to move on and let it be in the past. The alternative is to find a way to numb our feelings, or suppress them by pushing them down. However when we numb or suppress, it causes the feelings to become worse over time. So today, take courage and allow yourself to feel. Find help where you need it, and let the past be in the past, where it belongs.
