The winter tree, so barren and bare. I can see no change, no signs of life or growth. But deep below the ground it continues to grow, establishing its roots, and strengthening its foundations. Sometimes we might feel like that tree, with nothing outwardly to show for our efforts. Yet all the while, in a hidden place, our roots are growing deep and strong. #seasonsoflife
